First set up the Projects by using the +Add and -Delete buttons in the toolbar. You don't have to do this every time, it keeps them permanently on your computer/device.
When you want to record time, select the Project from the list and click the Start button. It will add a new row to the table, which will be updated every minute.
Once the task is complete, click the Stop button.
Click any cell in the table to edit it.
Time elapsed is calculated every minute for the current row, or when the start / end times are edited on any row. It calculates in fractions of an hour (1.5 hours = one hour thirty minutes), rounded to 2 decimals, and in whole minutes.
At the end of the day, print the page, or copy and paste the text into notepad/spread-sheet/whatever. All recorded time will be saved by the browser, and reloaded when next you open the page, but will not restart the timer.
All data is stored in the browser's local storage (or failing that in its cookies).
The page is completely independant of a web server and can be saved on any computer or device.
